Stevens Move

This move was featured on CNN.  This 2-story monolythic slab floor house was moved by barge from Orange Beach, Alabama to Pensacola, Florida.  The house weighed approximately 200 tons and was elevated to a floor level height of 10 feet and 6 inches.

This house is 3-story, 48.4' wide, 70.3' long and stands 55 feet high, weighing 500 tons.  House was moved by barge from Orange Beach, Alabama to Pensacola, Florida.  The house had a 28" monolythic slab floor.

This slab floor house is 3-story, 250 tons, moved by barge from Orange Beach, Alabama to Grande Lagoon, Florida.  Prior to moving, we installed the foundation on Mrs. Monish's water front lot.  When we delivered the house we rolled the house across our bridge beams and pulled the house straight onto the new foundation.
